  Witnessed a staff member be extremely rude to the lovely lady working in the Deli. Was very unpleasant. The staff member apparently wanted something for a click and collect order that was due in ten minutes. The lady in the Deli was chatting to a customer as she couldn't access the product at that time due to another member being in the cabinet. The rude staff member said something along the lines of 'can you talk and work' in a very aggressive fashion. The poor lady was so embarrassed and upset and it was horrid to see. I and the other customers were very appalled at this. I hope something is said about how you do not speak to anyone in this fashion and especially in front of customers. Unfortunately I did not get the rude person's name but she was a very large woman with a aggressive face.

  I don't like how the dairy section is split on two sides of the store. It should be all together like other stores. Other than that it's a nice store well stocked.

  I was stopping for one item, truly. A trolley later, I thought best to check out, only to panic as my wallet was not in my bag. Instead of abandoning my cart, Belinda offered to keep the trolley in the cold store and when I return, just request it from the service desk. This is the reason we need people, and not only rely on AI and algorithms. This Coles is not in my usual 'burb to shop, but I left and returned, got my groceries, it was quick and all the staff were so friendly. Thank you Belinda, I'll make an effort to return because of you and the friendly staff on duty this past Monday. You've saved Coles an "abandoned cart" in 3D with friendly voice and helpful assistance.

  The lady named Chontelle helped me to get the product .she asked me what I need and got it from inside as there was none left in the shelves.
  Good customer service as I have seen lot of others just don’t want extra bit of work in finding the product and will say nothing left instead of finding if it is really available in store!! We need more staff like Chontelle .hope I have wrote her name correctly .good work and well done !!

  Extremely poor product availability. Almost guaranteed not to be able to get whatever I have planned to buy every time I go to this store. Roast chicken, roast pork, coconut water, cereal etc and the list goes on!!!
