  **UPDATE**
  Salman (supervisor) called me to follow up on my review. He listened to my grievance and offered to rewash my car. Salman was absolutely professional, polite and sympathetic to my concerns. He was determined to rectify the situation and make sure that I was satisfied with the quality of work and value for money.
  
  Safe to say the second attempt was a vast improvement on the first.
  
  Thank you to Salman for going the extra mile and turning a bad experience around - well done! I hope Salman gets the positive acknowledgement and recognition he so deserves

  The guys here are rip off's and mean... they charge you for something that is not needed and can be done by a simple wash. I paid $340 to have sap removed from my car by being told it is industrial dust. They charged me extra for hand wax so it does not come back again. When I went back in 2 days to tell them, I was basically shown the finger. Got it removed with wash, interior cleaning and vacuum and a nice coffee at $90 at The Wash Unley... Also got a mouthful from the Unley guys for not coming to them 1st.
  
  So people don't be hog washed by these guys. If you have loads of money, then please go to them..

  Not acceptable service. Paid $79 and even couldn’t clean my Mazda 3 wheel and vacuum my boot even I asked them to redo to clean my wheel again. Won’t go there anymore

  Very nice reassuring customer service and amazing result. Wash, polish, car detailing including steam clean, etc Seriously I hardly recognised the car. Recommend

  Staff wanted me to pay $80 for star polish, when I asked for the $60 platinum wash said they only do quick vacuum for this. went on to state this may not remove sand or dog hair that was in car (there was not much of this in the car which is only 2 years old). He was abrupt and rude when I booked for the $60. Picked up car, boot was barely cleaned, seats not cleaned well, floors barely cleaned and streak marks down outside of car. I will not be returning, I now still need to clean my car!
