Call at 10.00, they say will be there by 12, we call again at 12, be there in 15mins, we call again at 12.30, they say we will be there in 10mins. just pathetic, no sense of customer service what so ever. Just good at excuses and obiviously overbooking their technicians.

Staff efficiently resolved it in a professional, timely manner with no qualms or complaints. Foolishly, I accidentally left my house keys behind and they held onto them safely until I was able to pick them up. Excellent service, would recommend. Thank you.
