Avoid this place and go to Shiels Castle Plaza or Grahams at Marion instead. I'll spend my money at a jewellery shop where I'll be treated fairly. I'd give zero stars if I could.
- Matt Bull Added June 22, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆One staff member was extremely obnoxious and rude towards me when I paid over $2300 for an item that needed repair but most staff are very friendly. The quality of the jewellery is terrible though. I should have listened to a friend and never gone to Zamel's.
- Paul B Added June 20, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Purchased a bracelet for our and a link that was not soldered broke after 2 weeks. Sales woman outright refused to repair because 'in her expert opinion' our daughter was responsible. Have not and will not be back.
