  To try and deal with this bank is almost impossible. Have been told I have to make an appointment to open business accounts (I walked into a branch and tried to do this. Heaven forbid if they had to accept new business without an appointment!) To find the phone number to make an appointment was like navigating an obstacle course. In the search for the number, when a human finally answered my call his first words were please give me you name including your middle name. I told him I haven't dealt with you before and definitely don't know you well enough to give you my middle name...... I was then told without it he couldn't help me.
  Finally got a branch number to call and make an appointment. I have been ringing it continuously for some time now but the bank doesn't seem to want to talk to anyone. An answering machine suggests I ring someone else or leave a message. I have just had a return call from the banks automated system which asked me to push a button to accept the call. When I did it told me it would return my call, what the...! I bet they won't pay for the therapy I will need or the time I have wasted trying to give them my business.

  Great branch of what already is a great bank. They have renovated and added facilities for customers that are time savers! I have always liked commbank over other banks as they are technology driven and offer best in class web and mobile app features to customers although they were a bit behind on apple pay. I have had a great relationship with the bank over the years and have always been able to count on their support. If that changes i’ll be sure to update my review and share the frustrations.

  Very, sorry, I mean super rude and useless stuff! Rang 132221 about the card less deposit issue, the person called KERRY! Said she can’t help at all, then hang up while I still talk with her! What the @)&$ ?! Call local branch and told have to ring call centre! They just kick customer like a fxxxing ball to each other! Don’t hire the person who are useless please!! Yes I mean KERRY! Such horrible experience ! Never deal with Comm bank! They do nothing about service to their customer!!
