- Arjun Shivashankar Added September 02, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rude employees. Went to buy a TV, the guy there was not at all interested. Even after waiting 15 minutes trying to get someone, no one came to help. They were all "busy" just walking around. I finally got hold of someone and he just rudely replied that he doesn't work in the TV department and that I have to find someone who does.
These people need to learn what "customer service" means. I was going to spend close to $6000 here but looking at the way they treat their customers, decided to take my business elsewhere. Never shopping here again.
